• Standard assessment and repair costs are £75/hour plus VAT Assessment & repair costs up to £100 plus VAT are undertaken without an estimate. There after we provide an estimate.

• ​Refused estimates will be charged £35+VAT plus Return Carriage & VAT. There is a £35+VAT charge, plus return carriage, plus VAT for items that are deemed beyond economic repair.

• We endeavour to complete repairs within approximately 4 weeks from receipt of Unit, subject to supply constraints.

​

• We can not be held responsible for damage during transit if you would like extra insurance to cover the cost of the unit, then you will have to request this as the standard insurance only covers £50.00 If your unit is damaged in transit you will need to return the unit to us at your own cost.

​

• Our repairs generally have a warranty of 3 months. We cannot accept warranty extensions due to you failing to check the unit on its return.

​

• It is your responsibility to test operation and inspect within 7 days of receipt.

​

• Any transit damage must be reported immediately.

​

• Please be aware that replacement parts for older/discontinued units are not always available.

​

• We accept payment in the form of Bank Transfer, Credit & Debit cards, & Cash (in person).

​

• If you do not hold an account with us; goods can only be returned once payment has been received and funds have cleared.

​

• All invoices must be paid within 30 days
